Terms & Conditions koi33 — Online Betting Platform

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" refers to koi33, the online betting and gaming service accessible at koi33.bet and any associated mobile applications or sub-domains operated by the same entity.
• "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has successfully registered an account on the Platform and whose account is in good standing.
• "Account" refers to the unique personal account registered by a Member, associated with a single verified identity, through which all Platform services are accessed.
• "Wallet" refers to the unified in-platform balance held in a Member's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or its cryptocurrency equivalent, from which bets are placed and into which winnings are credited.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any financial stake placed by a Member on the outcome of a sports event, casino game, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw, or any other game of chance or skill available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive granted to a Member by koi33 under specific terms and conditions.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by koi33 to confirm a Member's identity, age, and eligibility before processing withdrawals or at any other time koi33 deems appropriate.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which access to and use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under these terms.
• "Force Majeure" refers to any event beyond koi33's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, telecommunications failure, or power outages.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, or placing any Bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these terms by reference.

These terms apply to all services offered by koi33, including but not limited to: sports betting, live casino games, slot games, togel markets, Sakong card games, and any future product verticals added to the Platform.

koi33 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication at koi33.bet/terms-conditions. Where changes are material, koi33 will notify Members via the registered email address or a prominent Platform notice. Continued use of the Platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on koi33, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

1. You are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal vehicle).
3. You are accessing the Platform from Indonesia or from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by applicable local law.
4. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of koi33 or any affiliated entity.
5. You are not acting on behalf of another person and are not using the Account as a proxy, agent, or nominee for any third party.
6. You have not previously had an Account on the Platform that was suspended or permanently closed for a violation of these terms.
7. You are of sound mind and not suffering from any condition that impairs your capacity to enter into a binding contract.

koi33 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request documentary evidence of any of the above conditions. Providing false information in relation to eligibility is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Account Registration

Each Member is permitted to hold one Account only. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, identity document, email address, phone number, payment method, IP address, or device — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, koi33 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. koi33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact koi33 support immediately at [email protected].

koi33 reserves the right to refuse Account registration at its sole discretion, without being obligated to provide a reason for such refusal.

KYC Verification

koi33 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming standards and anti-money laundering best practices. KYC verification is required before a Member's first withdrawal and may be requested at any subsequent time at koi33's discretion.

To complete KYC verification, Members must submit clear copies of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid passport.
• Proof of date of birth (if not clearly shown on the above ID).
• Proof of payment method: A screenshot or photo of the bank account, e-wallet, or crypto wallet used for deposits, showing the Member's name matching the Account registration details.
• Selfie with ID: A photograph of the Member holding their photo ID document alongside a handwritten note showing the date and "koi33".

Documents must be submitted in digital format (JPEG, PNG, or PDF) via the secure document upload portal accessible from the Account settings page. koi33 will review submitted documents within 24 hours. Members will be notified by email once verification is complete.

Withdrawals will be suspended for any Account where KYC documents are outstanding or where submitted documents have been rejected as insufficient. koi33 is not liable for any delay in withdrawal processing caused by a Member's failure to provide required KYC documentation promptly.

Deposits & Withdrawals

koi33 supports the following payment methods for Indonesian members. All amounts are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless the Member has elected to transact in a supported cryptocurrency.

koi33 charges zero platform fees on all deposit and withdrawal transactions. Any fees levied by a Member's bank, e-wallet provider, or blockchain network are the Member's sole responsibility and are not refunded by koi33.

All withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value, unless koi33's payment operations team has approved an alternative method in writing. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and ensure that funds are returned to their legitimate source.

koi33 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that is deemed unusual in size or frequency, or where anti-money laundering checks flag an anomaly. Withdrawals may be held for up to 72 hours pending such review.

Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to a Member's Wallet. Members are advised to double-check all payment details before initiating a transfer. koi33 support can assist with investigation of missing deposits but cannot guarantee recovery of funds sent to an incorrect account number.

Bonuses & Promotions

koi33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on each promotion page, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general rules, the specific promotion terms will prevail.

General Bonus Rules:

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Member, per household, and per IP address unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are valid for use only within the expiry period stated on the relevant promotion page. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of a bonus balance or winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game type (slots, live casino, sportsbook, etc.) is detailed on the promotion page.
• koi33 reserves the right to withhold or cancel a bonus, or to reverse winnings derived from a bonus, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering patterns designed to meet requirements without genuine play, or any form of collusion.
• Seasonal promotions — including those tied to Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Imlek, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August) — are subject to the specific terms published for each campaign and are available for the stated duration only.

Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on koi33. Specific rules for individual sports, game types, and markets are published in the relevant Help and Rules sections of the Platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. koi33 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in specific circumstances detailed in the market rules (e.g., event cancellation, obvious pricing error).
• In the event that an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required period of play as defined in the applicable sport's rules, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Member's Wallet.
• koi33 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake amount accepted from any individual Member on any given market. Stake limits may be applied without prior notice and are at koi33's sole discretion.
• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the full payout to be awarded. If one or more legs are voided, the payout is recalculated on the remaining valid legs.
• In the event of an obvious pricing or odds error (palpable error), koi33 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneous price, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of real-time data feeds. koi33 is not liable for any delays in data transmission that may affect in-play bet placement or settlement.
• All togel (numbers lottery) results are taken from officially published draw results of the relevant draw organisers. koi33 does not influence draw outcomes in any way.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the koi33 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all Account balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement or other relevant authorities.

• Underage gambling: Using or attempting to use the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 to access your Account.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Identity fraud: Providing false, misleading, or forged identity documents or personal information at any stage of registration or KYC verification.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonuses through systematic low-risk wagering, arbitrage, matched betting across multiple accounts, or any other strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine play.
• Match-fixing and inside information: Placing bets based on non-public information about the fixing or manipulation of a sporting event, or using information obtained in breach of a duty of confidence.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, access accounts, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities, or in any manner that constitutes or facilitates money laundering under applicable law.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Members to manipulate game outcomes, share hidden information in real-time card games, or gain an unfair advantage through coordinated play.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through a bank, e-wallet provider, or payment processor after funds have been successfully credited and used on the Platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the koi33 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of koi33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or transmit any Platform content without prior written consent from koi33.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any Platform software.
• Use koi33's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content or game assets.

Any unauthorised use of koi33's intellectual property is grounds for immediate Account closure and may expose the infringing party to legal action.

Privacy & Data Protection

koi33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

koi33 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, address, contact details, payment information, and betting history for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and improvement of Platform services.

koi33 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law. All data is stored on servers protected by 256-bit TLS encryption and access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

Members have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable legal obligations that require koi33 to retain certain data for specified periods. Requests should be directed to [email protected].

Responsible Gaming

koi33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from the Account settings page:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account Wallet.
• Loss limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can lose within a given period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for each gambling session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cool-off period: Take a temporary break from gambling for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, your Account remains open but betting functionality is suspended.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the duration specified. During self-exclusion, koi33 will take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, koi33 shall not be liable to any Member for any of the following types of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, or goodwill.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages.
• Losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, server downtime, or Force Majeure events beyond koi33's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a Member's failure to secure their Account credentials or their failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
• Losses arising from reliance on inaccurate odds, results, or statistical information displayed on the Platform due to data feed errors from third-party providers.

Where koi33's liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, koi33's total aggregate liability to any Member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

koi33 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. koi33 reserves the right to suspend or withdraw access to the Platform at any time for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms, as applied in the jurisdiction in which koi33 is licensed and operated.

koi33 is an internationally operated platform. By accessing the Platform from Indonesia, you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily and at your own legal risk with respect to the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable to you in Indonesia.

Any dispute between a Member and koi33 that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure (described in Clause 16 below) shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause limits koi33's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to prevent unauthorised use of the Platform or to protect its intellectual property.

Amendments to These Terms

koi33 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the terms will always be published at koi33.bet/terms-conditions with a revised "Last Updated" date shown at the top of the document.

Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Members' rights, obligations, or the way the Platform operates — koi33 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to Members via the registered email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform upon login.

For non-material changes (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing terms, or the addition of new game-specific rules), koi33 may update the terms without prior individual notice. Your continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure via [email protected].

koi33 operates a formal complaints procedure for Members who wish to raise a dispute or concern about any aspect of the Platform's services. To submit a complaint:

1. Step 1 — Live Chat: Contact our support team via live chat, available 24/7 on every page of the Platform. Most issues are resolved at this stage within minutes.
2. Step 2 — Email: If live chat does not resolve the issue to your satisfaction, submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [your Account username]". Include full details of the issue, relevant dates, and any supporting screenshots or documentation.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If your complaint remains unresolved after 14 calendar days from submission of your email complaint, you may request escalation to koi33's management team by replying to the original complaint thread and requesting escalation in writing.

koi33 aims to acknowledge all formal written complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days. Complex disputes may take longer; koi33 will keep the affected Member informed of the expected resolution timeline.
